Package I - $2,600
Includes: Reception Hall, grounds, tables and chairs for four hours the evening before event.
Access to Bridal Suite (2 rooms), Groom Suite, grounds, Reception Hall, tables and chains for 12 hours the day of event. Hours to be determined by renter.
Package II - $2,000
Includes: Access to Bridal Suite (2 rooms), Groom Suite, grounds, Reception Hall, tables and chains for 12 hours the day of event. Hours to be determined by renter.
Package III - $1,600
Includes: Use of grounds, Reception Hall, tables and chairs for 12 hours the day of event. Hours to be determined by the renter.

Our reception hall holds approximately 100 people. It opens in the back to a covered patio and in the front to our rose garden. It is a great space for baby showers, birthday parties and even celebration of life gatherings.
It is $100 per hour to rent and requires a minimum five hour rental. The use of our tables and chairs is included in the rental.

Do you have a paranormal team interested in investigating at Rose Mont? For $500 your group of up to ten people can investigate for up to six hours. Hours to be determined by investigating team.
